I don't know where to email you back so I'll just leave you a comment here! The pictures are so cute! I think you should start seeing a significant improvement in sleep over the next month. I was never able to give Reagan cereal right before bed. I gave it to her with each feeding except the bedtime/nighttime ones, and have always just given her a liquid feeding at bedtime. Also, it really helped Reagan sleep when I would hold her upright for a set amount of time (15 min. or so) before laying her down. Its kind of a pain, but I found it was worth the extra time. That allows the food to settle and being on her back didn't bother her as much (I did that with both of them until they were about 6 1/2months old). Good luck! It will only get easier from here!
